Besides real estate, Wise’s passions include her 3 children, Dylan-10 Tucker-7, and Alaina-5, travelling, concerts, and being the loudest cheerleader at her kids’ athletic events.
Matt’s extensive real estate career began over two decades ago. He started as a sales associate for a Century 21 office in Brunswick, GA, which he later successfully owned and operated. He served as a Regional Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker in the Southeast Georgia market where he specialized in residential sales and management and his responsibilities included many critical aspects of the company growth including mergers and acquisitions, recruiting, agent coaching and retention, commercial real estate, relocation, and coaching. This experience lead him to have the most productive office for 5 years running of BHHS Florida Properties Group which is the 22nd largest Berkshire Hathaway Company in the world. His diverse background was enhanced while working as a course instructor in being chosen to teach a personality profile curriculum for an HR company at the Federal Law and Enforcement Training Facility in GLYNCO, Georgia.
To further his understanding of the real estate industry, he became a Business Development Manager for a Top 10 mortgage lender. While maintaining his broker’s license, he was appointed Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for the local Board of Realtors and Chairman of the Board of Assessor for Glynn County, Georgia.

Dr. Ben’s background in healthcare and attention to detail made him a quick success when transitioning into the real estate world. He finished his first year in real estate with 18 trans- actions and nearly $6.5M in closed volume. Continuing into his second year he found great purpose in helping other agents succeed using the same methods that allowed him to grow so rapidly.
Ben earned his Doctorate along with 2 other Bachelors degrees from the University of Kentucky, and Logan University. This year he received the President’s Circle Award for being in the top 5% of the Berkshire Hathaway Network. He is a recent Florida resident, and loves to share that you don’t have to grow up in your area to make a great living in real estate.
